Last night I had another amazing time at the Akademischen Forum für Außenpolitik Debattierclub at the Imperial Palace in Vienna, Austria.

Our team won the debate after a tough battle and, in the end, I was lucky enough to win the Cicero Award for best speaker, named after the Roman statesman, rhetorician, and philosopher Marcus Tullius Cicero.

The recipient gets the prize after a majority vote by the audience, and entitles them to a free drink filled with celebratory straws and umbrellas.

It was a pleasure to debate among all my talented colleagues and I look forward to the next event.
