Tips For Good Journalism And Making It Stick — Speech by Yaël Ossowski

Here is a speech I gave on investigative journalism in Atlanta, Georgia on 12. February, 2013.

AFPGA was gracious enough to invite me alongside my Citizen Watchdog colleagues, and my warm-up act was the Attorney General of Georgia.

My themes remained the same: become an expert, question the narrative, make them go off-script, connect the data and dots, and speak succinctly.

I even mixed in some Malcolm X, homegrown drones, crummy defense contractors, and scumbag lotteries for the kids.
